The game

Way Off is provided as-is for entertainment. We may change or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your account

Don't automate, script or otherwise manipulate scores; entries obtained that way may be removed. The daily answers are public knowledge — looking them up only spoils the game for you, but feeding automated guesses into the crowd data isn't on. You can have your account deleted at any time — see deleting your account and data in the privacy policy.

Plus

Subscriptions (£1.49/month) renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page; access runs to the end of the paid period.

Lifetime purchases (£19.99) are one-off and don't expire.

UK and EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel. Since access is granted immediately, you agree to that immediate start. For a refund, email support@wayoffgame.com.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

The numbers

Questions are based on published estimates and official statistics, credited on each reveal. They're presented for entertainment; estimates change and sources revise their figures. If you believe a number is materially wrong, email us — we'd genuinely like to know.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Way Off is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
